Nah. Thanks for the advice. I will try to ask them and see what happens.
I don't intend to sell the copy of webcast or anything... Just thought they will be great assets for teams in the future to look at robots, and study strategy, etc. There are millions of reasons to do it, and very few against doing it.
And you are right, downloading it onto the computer is just like recording the TV. Its kinda like listening to the radio, and recording the song, or like mp3's. It doesn't really hurt anyone if you don't sell it for profits. Ah well, no need to think about this now.
