Pretty much any AP or bridge, USB or ethernet would work for shop or demonstration use case.

When it comes to running at an event, FIRST will require a specific model of a specific radio, programmed a specific way. I do not believe they have officially announced the radio choice, but alpha teams use a USB radio dongle, whereas beta teams used a revB DLink, same as last year. Use that information as you wish.
