You should try to pull the location info from the requesting IP, and do a time lookup based on that to calculate the difference to be displayed.

Thanks, I accidentally set it at 11:59:59 and not 23:59:59. It is currently set for eastern time because that is where The RobotShop is based out of. I will look into changing it to the local time of the IP.
