If you are using an Axis camera there there is a tool with the NI software to configure it. You can find it under tools when you open LabView or it may also be on your start menu (should also be able to find it here: C:\Program Files (x86)\National Instruments\LabVIEW 2014\project\Axis Camera Tool).

Use this to configure the camera. It will set the camera for DHCP so it will pickup an IP address automatically and set a username/password of FRC/FRC as well as other settings. Once this is run you should be able to open a web browser and point it to the camera. You may have to set the host name manually to axis-camera for the dashboard and other software to find it.
