I've contacted the FIRST Autodesk rep and he is going to track down a corrective action. In the meantime, you can use the solid model modification tools to add the differential width at your discretion. It looks like the "lip" or undercut distance is accurate.
Thanks for this. Things could have ended badly if someone was unaware of this problem.
