we have a member that was re imaging it but he left early last night. Our schools computers do not work for this so a laptop must be used we are trying to order a team laptop but until then we must rely on a member of programming to try to re-image it. They insist re-imaging it should fix all problems. If this doesn't work we will call support on Monday. Thank you everyone for your assistance in helping us figure this out.
