In order for the RoboRIO to work you
do not need to have it wired via CAN. The PDP can function fine without any can interfacing.
Also make SURE the 10 amp and 20 amp fuses are in their respective slots - the 20 amp fuse on the left giving power to the PCM and VRM, and the 10 amp fuse on the right for the RoboRIO power - see image below
The RoboRIO should be plugged into the CONTROLLER POWER slot with 18 - 22 wire guage.
