My team is experiencing the same problem. We tried all the suggestions that have been posted, but we've had no luck. It's still just getting stuck on "Deploying JRE to roboRio".
We had successfully done this before, but we had to reimage the roboRio, so now we have to reinstall java, only now it's not working.
