I'm currently working on one for my team. I'm about 2/3 done with development as I worked on it as my final project for a Computer Science independent study this last semester. It's currently in a private repo on 225's GitHub account, but once I'm pretty much done and everything is better documented we're planning on making it open source. Even if it's not open source by week one, it'll be on Google Play.
The main features include:
- Automatically syncing databases through the head scout's device, with support for up to 7 sub-scout devices.
- Pit scouting with Camera
- Easy viewing of all Matches and Teams
- Match Prediction (REALLY easy this year

- Download of Match Schedule from thebluealliance.com
- (Possibly) Support for saving video of matches
