We're using the
Encoder Mount Pad (am-0208) from AndyMark, adding two holes to match the larger pair of mounting holes on the AMT103 base.
I downloaded the .step file from CUI for the AMT103, but I can't manage to separate the base from the rest of the encoder. With that to start with, a 3d-printed mount would probably be a good project.
