I tried using git clone "https://usfirst.collab.net/gerrit/smart_dashboard" (the same link used to access WPILib, but with the project name changed), but it gives me "fatal: remote error: Git access forbidden" when I try to login.

Hi lopsided, I was talking to Patrick a while ago (He manages the repositories) and hey told me been having trouble getting the official repositories permission set correctly. He just told me to use his public mirrors which are updated more often than the official CollabNet reposotories(he also linked them above).

But I must warn you in advance I recently set up my development environment and I found it really hard to setup my development environment and I had to email Patrick multiple times about multiple problems I had getting setup. I mostly followed this guide
here but it is slightly outdated so I will try to get around to updating it and posting the problems I had and how to get around them for anyone else who wants to compile the code.
