I was compiling an updated manual, but I stopped when FIRST announced that they would release their own (around Team Update #10). For the manual updated through #10, go to http://users.wpi.edu/~ahecht/FIRST/

With the first set of regionals starting later today, I am starting to doubt that FIRST will ever live up to their promise.
