I am currently working on a college team competing in the NASA Robotic Mining Competition. I am making this thread to reach out to other participants in robotic competitions to help me and my team identify a power logging solution. We have found multiple power logging solutions, for example
http://www.powerwerx.com/digital-met...owerpoles.html, but all solutions we encounter capable of monitoring power consumption with a current draw of 130 Amps are actually assuming this rating for the components internally.The problem is the wire gauge on the example model only supports 45 Amps before the wires fail. Does any one know of a power logging solution with lower gauge wires that would allow for monitoring in this range, or anything above 100 Amps?
