Re: Driver Station Voltage Burnout

Possible causes:
  • Low battery (test with meter or use Driver Station readout)
  • Poor connections between the battery and the PDP (test with meter)
  • Heavy draw or short on circuit off PDP (pull breakers)
On the right of the Driver Station is a button "Logs..."
Click on it and you will be able to browse past data logs made while your robot was running.

One of the plotted lines is your battery voltage and orange marks at the top show when Battery Brownouts occur.

You can correlate the dips in battery voltage to the occurrence of brownouts.
