Yes, Mr. Anderson. The D-Link sĦis set to AP 2.4 GHz, its connection to the computer is with an Ethernet cable, we have disabled all network adapters except for the one where the D-Link is connected and we did try resetting the D-Link to its factory settings. We have no idea why this error could be happening.
