The ethernet camera is another electrical load connected to those terminals.
It would be legal to use the device used to power the radio in recent years(grey metal heatsink-looking thing with 4 wires) off the 12v2A side of the VRM to power the camera. If you are doing this, I personally recommend powering your PCM(if using) off a wago slot on the PDP due to the current draw of compressor, solenoids, radio, and camera with the 20A fuse. You don't want any chance of your radio going out.
It would also be legal to use a second VRM for the camera.
It would also be legal to use some other custom circuit off the wagos on the PDP, such as this:
