OK, I liked the Final Fantasy movie and to tell you the truth have not actually taken the time to really get into any background storyline for the games, but.... I hate the role playing games that are cheesey little people with a group following behind you and the characters are small people with big heads. They look like kids, I can't take an rpg seriously if the charcters remind me of little kids.

As for realistic rpg's try Tomb Raider, Silent Hill, or Medievil for some actual realistic character modeling. And (shockingly) true to life body and head size ratio. Well exept for Sir Daniel Fortesque in Medievil, when half a body is more like it.
