The IP should be .20 or higher, so your's is fine.
That also means that the DLink is setup and working properly.

Is your laptop NIC (wireless and Ethernet port) set to request DHCP?
Run ipconfig in a command window or check the NIC status to see what IP address your laptop has been assigned. It should be something like 10.19.85.20
