The drivetrain on this robot is one that we have used for the past couple of years and we have seen much success with it. It is quick and easy to make, due to one of our fabricators. It also allows us more time to work on the actuators/main structure of the robot and get some practice time towards the end of build season. (We don't have the resources to build 2 robots.)
