You judge all the animations from your one of the five major regions. For example, team 103 won at Manchester, even though team 103 (or at least their robot) was nowhere near New Hampshire -- I believe they were in Virginia or New Jersey or thereabouts.
Just to clarify, our team (Cybersonics - 103) was not competing at any regionals this week, but we entered our animation, "Impact", at J&J, rather than the two other regionals we're attending (Chesapeake & Philadelphia). Since J&J is part of the same region/division as BAE, it was judged there and will also be judged at the other regionals that are in that region/division.

Thanks to everyone who voted for our team's animation up at BAE! Our Animation department and team are really really psyched!
