Richard - while we'll need a few at each event helping with load-in early, if you can't find a ride over before hand don't worry! We usually have plenty of people available for it. We will be doing on-site training for inspectors about the time the pits open (at least, that's usually when we manage to get everyone together to do it), so show up at least a little before that if you want breakfast!
