1261, the #4 captain, declined #2. Then the #3 captain invited 1261. That would not have been allowed, of course, but #3 and #4 were right next to each other and I guess the announcer did not notice immediately so when he turned to #4 they just declined again.
1261 - the RoboLions did some great scouting and put together an awesome alliance.
