If you are trying to get at the axis camera through the SmartDashboard, then try using this
this version of the SmartDashboard:
This version of the SmartDashboard adds support for using mDNS to access the axis camera, whereas previously you could only add a static IP.
In order for this to work, you need mDNS enabled on the axis camera (see
https://decibel.ni.com/content/docs/DOC-41079).
If it is some other problem, then check with your local CSA.
