I recently heard my old team complain that the system was impossible to use since there was no power in the stands. If this occurs, create seven copies of the file, give one copy to each statistician, and have them record on their given page without being connected to the Ethernet hub. Once you are done recording statistics, move all of the files onto one computer, then copy and paste each page into the seventh workbook. (If you don't know how to do this, please let me know.) So long as your laptops have battery life, you should be good to go. Please let me know if there is anything else I can do to help!
