As Brennan said, this in absolutely no way replaces eyes on the field watching matches, and this algorithm is made to judge the robot only. The reason I left litter out is that, generally, alliances will only have one person throwing litter, rather than the three robots that are out on the field scoring points. Therefore, if HP duties are split evenly in a 12 match per team event, that means a given team's HP only throws noodles in four matches. I'm making a lot of assumptions here, but you get my drift- I believe that the total Litter score is even less reliable of a method of judging a team than the other point totals.
