Re: robot photo format
I had the same problem with the format dimensions being squashed if it was not a landscape picture, so I gave up and uploaded a landscape one.
If you refresh the browser page it should show the new photo it uploaded, the file name stays the same after you upload so you need to force the browser to not use the cache for the robot photo.
