I'm not seeing how this is true.
2014 SVR results Am I missing something?
1st seed was 11-0, 8th seed was 8-3 (6 QS difference)
9th seed was 8-3, 42nd seed was 5-6 (6 QS difference)
Each of these was a 3 match difference.
