One would think, but ultimately to many of the venues
FIRST uses throughout the year, they are just another customer and show coming through who gets charged standard rates. It stinks but it happens. I know
FIRST and SRE try their hardest to negotiate these things down, but many venues hold hard ground. It is sadly just part of the game.
