Alternative to VIAIR compressors?

Here is a compressor I found on amazon, and it seems to satisfy all FIRST requirements for compressors.
Namely:
Nominal 12 Volt operating voltage
Nominal 30 liter per minute flow rate (~1.05 cfm)
Rated for 150 psi

Use of this compressor would be advantageous because of it's increased (but still legal) flow rate over the standard .88 cfm VIAIR compressors. Are there any inspectors out there who want to weigh in on the legality of this item? Or anyine else who has an opinion/idea/thought on the matter? It would be awesome to use it if we could use this. Thanks in advance
