How about putting all the banners on the OTHER side of the field? Maybe a temporary "banner attachment rail".

The heat... biggest complaint there. There just weren't enough fans. OTOH, the scoring table cooler kept getting resupplied... and then promptly emptied.



There were more food options available--the concession stand had hot dogs and pizza (and they weren't even at typical stadium prices...) but maybe a couple more would be appreciated. (I was a volunteer, so I had free food already .)
