Correct. There is a "Press Feed" or "FIRST Production Feed" to tap into. Ususally near the stage / A/V equip, but sometimes also in the Pit. Note: make sure this feed is the one where the game clock / match number / team number video overlay is present. (Finally, after many years of begging, Jeff/Bruce/Eric/et al got more than just the clock on the feed!!)
Also from experience we highly recommend your own RCA cables and sometimes BNC to RCA adapters (find 'em at Radio Shack). The A/V Crew only has so many spares that they are willing to lend you.
