It used to be on after school (here, at least... Chicago television is apparently way different from the rest of the country). I would run home just to make sure I didn't miss the beginning.

I know I posted about Beakman's World back in the beginning of this thread, but to maybe get this going again...
Has any show changed your life by watching it? I can think of two examples.

1. I was watching Beakman's World one morning about why your stomach gargles when you are hungry, and the network interrupted it to introduce Desert Storm. Crazy, huh?

2. Watching 'Empty Nest' when I was around 11 or 12, they had Garth Brooks as a guest. The next day I went out an bought his first tape (ha! before CD's were even around!), and it's been history ever since.
