Thank you all for pointing out some of the specifics on the AIA document. That information is how I have modeled the spreadsheet. Only robot judged awards add 5 points to a team's score, so in the case of team 60 of the 4 awards they won at Arizona East they only receive 5 points for the Excellence in Engineering Award (Regional Finalist is not a judged award, and George and Rebecca's Woodie Flowers Finalist and Dean's List Finalist Awards are not robot awards, though the individual awards won by them are indicative of how strong a team 60 is). In the case of Chairman's submission you only get the bonus once which is why the column is a True/False selection rather than counting how many times it was submitted for. Similarly the Chairman's award is an auto-bid regardless of which event it was won at; the only team this effects is 2375 who won Chairman's at their third event this past weekend at Arizona West.

Donut was close, I think Chairman's and tie-breakers bit him.
I had a theory that going to the later (West) regional would be an advantage. I was wrong. 19 teams qualified from Arizona East, 4 from Arizona West, 3 on chairman's wins (though 1 would have made it otherwise, from AZ East), 4 from out of state first regional's.
See ya in Prescott
