I'm getting 0.002549%. It's not 1*(1/8)^5 *100 (which would give 0.000381%*8) because divisions aren't infinitely large, but (1 * 74/599 * 73/598 * 72/597 * 71/596 * 70/595)*100.
(1 because there is a 100% chance that the first team will go in any given division, but then the next team has 74 chances out of 599 slots, and so on. The *100 is just to convert to percentages.)
