Because the spreadsheet had been messed up several times, we decided to make it comment only and have the above form for teams to submit their information through. The submissions will then be checked through before they are added to the spreadsheet.
If you have corrections or edits to make to the information after you submit the form, you can either comment on the spreadsheet, submit the form again, or sent the correction to me or StAxis.
Please let me know if you see any errors in the form, or have any questions or suggestions about it.
Notes:
1. Please keep the submissions relevant. Although some of the descriptions are funny, it means means we have to spend more time making sure it's all correct. (Also, the "other" fields are if there are slight variations to the descriptions, not random comments...)
2. If you'd like to help edit the form, or move the submitted data into the spreadsheet, please PM me with your email and I'll add you.
3. Please
use the form and use the comment feature only if you have small changes to make. If the comment feature is abused, we'll disable it and make everyone resubmit, which would be annoying to everyone else, so please don't make us do that.
