Re: Sniglets
A few 2015 specific sniglets:
Litterancy: The delay in your charter bus schedule because your human player missed the 2:30 a.m. departure time for St. Louis.
Invertottis: when your driver decides to spend five seconds flipping a tote just because he can.
Kilograhams: the appropriate unit of measure to determine if a robot has an appropriate crust to be cheese-caked.
Recycle Rash - carpet burns you got when your robot spontaneously went into auto and knocked you down after grabbing two RCs.
Partly Cloudy with a chance of noodles - the climate on the 2015 field.
Rammin' Noodle - a piece of litter which disables an opposing alliance's robot mechanism, prevents a score (or causes a descore), or sails over a defensive net into scoring territory.
And a few 2015 terms that we'll never forget:
Canburglar: a mechanism that reaches over the landfill to get RCs from the step, esp. if it works in autonomous.
Chute Door: Yes, Chute Door
Mine: to pick up totes from the landfill or step.
Nobot - a component which has no electrical or other moving parts and is connected to the main robot by a tether.
Sailbot: One of the many robots shaped like a triangular sail when viewed from the side.
Tetherbot:- a robot with to or more "hulls" connected by a tether.
