I did a little digging about this idea, and if my sources are valid, liquid hydrogen was a rocket fuel. Cooking the food by burning liquid hydrogen should (assuming I remember my chemistry correctly) lead to the chemical reaction:

2H2 + O2 -> 2H2O

Dihydrogen monoxide, despite its scary name, is safe to consume.

However, you would also need a really strong oven, because rocket fuel produces enough force to lift a huge rocket into space. Additionally, you wouldn't want to cook it for very long, considering that the reaction produces a temperature of about 5,500 F.

TL;DR: If you manage to cook something with rocket fuel, it shouldn't have any harmful byproducts.
