By the way, the Holiday Inn Express we stayed at has an excellent (and free!) breakfast, with a Popcake pancake machine, which makes great pancakes at the press of a button. The cost isn't astronomical (yeah, I looked them up), and easy to maintain (yeah, I
) but I'd be eating 3 pancakes a day for a year and a half in a single order of their pancake mix.
That, and I have to change their coffee cup logo every time we stay there.
