Amazon will register a .com domain for $10/year, and do DNS for it via route 53 for $0.50/month/domain.
There's no reason to pay for derpy shared hosting... It's almost universally horrifically bad.
DigitalOcean and Linode will do a cloud VPS (virtual private server) for $10/month.
