I'd love to hear about how this design came about.

Other than that, I'd have to agree with Evan that your lightening pattern looks shaky at best. Swerve drives have all sorts of crazy forces through them, so I would be very careful about making your mounting plate strong enough.

To do the pulley on the module itself, I think you could just have a CNC'd pulley as the cylinder. Otherwise, some sort of 3D printed pulley would work. You could have a key in the pulley that fits into a slot on the cylinder, or you could possibly have it press-fitted.

Thank you for the comments. I will definitely thicken the lightening pattern. I purposely designed the swerve module to fit with a WCD because I am also trying to design a simple/robust frame design that can easily be manufactured to work with 6 wheel tank, 8 wheel tank, swerve, mecanum, omni, and H drive. It is currently designed to accommodate wheels up to 6in in diameter. I am also trying to add drop-down omnis is for drifting and getting out of T-bones(inspired by 118 2014 robot). The frame would have the holes for all of these configurations and we can easily pick one to quickly make. I hope to pitch to Vexpro or Andymark because it seems like an ultimate "drive in a day" chassis that has so many options. I will probably post more when I finish with some of the configurations
