The latest installation program will include a firmware installation utility, so that existing navX users can upgrade their existing boards to the new firmware. With this new utility, the firmware upgrade process is pretty straightforward.

An announcement will be posted on ChiefDelphi once the released version of this new firmware and the firmware update is ready for public consumption.
