We are so happy you registered for FTC this year! We have a very exciting season coming up with brand new technology and our best game yet. We’re currently registering teams at a rate 58% ahead of where we were at this time last year, which is awesome! The increased demand has created a backlog of orders and our vendors are continuing to fill the supply pipeline. Team orders are being shipped in the order they were received and you will receive an email when your order has shipped. At the present fulfillment rates, all teams who have complete orders for Full Kits should have their kits the week of August 31th or sooner. All teams who have complete orders for Base Kits should have their kits the week of August 17th or sooner. If you have any questions concerning your FTC order please feel free to contact ftcteams@usfirst.org. We will do our very best to assist you.
