There was a pointer to a zip file containing the plugins at

The zip file was at
http://first.wpi.edu/FRC/java/WPILibJ2014.0.zip, encrypted with the '3Zones2Goals1Alliance!' password.
I compared the contents of the zip to the ones you posted links to, and they are match, so it looks like everything is correct.
