Re: Best Matches of 2015 Season

Some favorite of Our teams performances...

Q102 - Archimedes - Definately not our best match according to pre-scouting, but we put together a great plan with our alliance partners and everyone executed exactly what they said they could. One of the few matches we got to score 3 6 capped stacks of the season. Ended with our high score of the regular season 242pts. Half a second more in auto and we would have had 20 more points with our 3bin auto. Thanks to Rookie Team 5571 - Ratchet and the MetalCrafters 207 for the great run.

Another favorite match = Archimedes SF1= We went up against the #1 seed, Bedford Express and Gear It Forward. It had one of the best can wars of any matches. I'd like to say it was all our alliance that held them to an astonishing 43 points in a semifinal match at championships, but I think it was mainly the only time Bedford's ramp did not work. After they scored 43 in semifinal #1 we kinda all assumed they wouldn't be making it to the finals but their alliance put up some ridiculously good scores to finish the semis and then went on to Einstein.

QF 8 - IN State Championships
Our (nearly) worst moment of the season was when alliance partner 292 accidently took out three stacks with 10 seconds left trying to cap a 4 stack. Our operator falls over and the crowd goes insane. Gave rise to a pretty epic picture but we luckily had enough stay on the platform to go on and win at IN State.
