I would hope so. Their URLs (and the fact that everything at
http://usfirst.org/* redirected to the index of
www.usfirst.org) have been kind of ridiculous.
Edit: both the new and old site are actually Drupal-based, so I'm not so sure we will see great improvements in this regard.
