On CCRE v2.9.0, the current stable version, it's a bit longer than WPILib but not by much.
On the latest development version, which will be released in a couple of weeks (probably), it's
four seconds. No, that's not a typo. We rewrote the deployment system from the ground up for this version, and the benefits show.
Obviously, YMMV, but that's how it worked in my last test with a fairly typical setup.
