If you've done it once or twice and have the right tool, it only takes 2-3 minutes and it will never slip. We ran crazy torque on them in 2011 and 2014 and only ones that were assembled with the bead clearly popping out ever slipped.

The tires are 1.9 and 2.2 Chisels from Proline, on Axial 1.9 and 2.2 8 Hole beadlock hubs. We directly hex broach the axial hubs (which yes, unfortunately means you have to buy new hubs each year for comp bot for an essentially COTS part).
