I am getting the same error: "An error occured while initializing the computer network settings; The application must shut down"

Note I'm not connected to the d-link while I'm testing. I am using a computer which has been upgraded from Windows 8 to Windows 10. I'm pretty sure the program worked before the computer was upgraded to Windows 10.

We still have Windows 7 computers available that will work.
