If you need it while using C++, you can just wire the motor backwards (e.g. red to green on the master and red to white on the slave). If you need to reverse it dynamically, you'll need Java or LV, or an updated version of C++. Note that "wiring one of the motors backwards" can also be used with a single motor controller if using Window/Wiper/Door, AM PG, Bosch, or Snow-Blower motors (according to the 2015 control rules R42, second row of table).
