If you go into an individual part in FIRST choice, there is a table including one row labeled "In Kickoff Kit" that specifies whether it's in the KOP, and if so, whether the rookie kit, veteran kit, or both.
Mark McLeod's spreadsheet, posted
here, includes a column about whether it's in the KOP and is probably the easiest way to find this information. I also copied the parts he listed as being in either kit below (details about which kit it's in are in the column to the right).
In addition to that, every team will get a voucher for 3 Victor SPs or 2 Talon SRXs (information form
this blog post).
